The second album from a promising group that pioneered the ‘New Wave of Seventies’ hard rock. The eight tracks include ‘For Mad Men Only’, ‘Snakes And Ladders’, ‘Eight Mad Grim Nits’ and ‘Just Thinking’. Sadly the group broke up after the album was first released in 1971 and guitarists Jamie Black and Reid Hudson returned to Canada. However, this exciting set reveals that May Blitz were an underrated and important band, at the forefront of power guitar chords and heavy drumming.
