Wolfgang Dauner wanted to publish original productions and not build up any stylistic barriers. This resulted in the United Jazz + Rock Ensemble’s incredible program of success. What made the atmosphere so pleasant was the deliberately tolerant community, the mutual respect, the fact that everyone involved has long since done what they want to do and no longer needs to prove anything to the others. There are also the friendly ties which go beyond the music. After The United Jazz + Rock Ensemble already released more than 10 CDs, they separately introduced the individual styles of the composers. United plays Wolfgang Dauner or United plays Volker Kriegel. These combinations once again recapitulated the musical genres, Rock and Jazz, as well as the personal touch and originality of the United composers.
