Album 1967 in den Abbey Road Studios, während der letzten Monate in Originalbesetzung der Band-Karriere, beinhaltet diese lang verlorene Meisterwerk mit "Time Of The Season" einen ihrer letzten großen Hits, nachdem das Album nach Auflösung der Band erst veröffentlicht wurde.
Eingespielt wurde es von Colin Blunstone, mit seiner engelhaften Stimme, Paul Atkinson (Gitarre), Rod Argent (Keyboards), Chris White (Bass) und Hugh Grundy (Schlagzeug und zeigt eine Ansammlung von melodischen und ergreifenden Songs, die prädestiniert sind „live“ gespielt zu werden, was auch der Fall ist, seitdem die Band wieder Konzerte gibt.
Dieses Album muss man hören, um zu verstehen, warum der amerikanische A & R-Mann Al Kooper darauf bestanden hatte, dass Columbia dieses Album veröffentlicht, um sich nicht der Gefahr auszusetzen, dass es übersehen wird.

Recorded at EMI’s Abbey Road studios in 1967 during the final months of the original group’s career, this long lost masterpiece yielded their last great hit ‘Time Of The Season’, destined to be released after the Zombies had broken up. Featuring the angelic tones of Colin Blunstone, backed by Paul Atkinson (guitar), Rod Argent (keyboards), Chris White (bass) and Hugh Grundy (drums), this collection of moving, poignant and melodic songs that were finally performed ‘live’ in concert when the band recently began touring again. Listen and you’ll know why American A&R man Al Kooper insisted that Columbia put out the album, when it was in danger of being overlooked.
