Es war das erste Live-Album, das Platz 1 der britischen Charts erreichte, und enthält Klassiker wie „Jumpin' Jack Flash“, „Street Fighting Man“ und „Sympathy for the Devil“, ist aber vor allem für eine mehr als 9 Minuten lange Version von „Midnight Rambler“ mit ausgedehnten Mundharmonika-Soli bekannt.
