Jahrhundert.
"The acoustic blues revival is in safe hands. Much like Taj Mahal, Eric Bibb has been mining a rich seam, although one with a stronger gospel-folk tinge. His latest collection — inspired by an encounter with a steel-body guitar belonging to the legend better known in some circles as Bukka White — yields some of his earthiest work to date." (Sunday Times)
"I heard a couple of his songs, especially “Booker’s Guitar” and “Turning Pages” on KPIG. I liked them, so I got this record. It is so awesome I can’t say enough. He plays country blues guitar like nobody’s business, has a wonderful rich voice which is a joy to hear and can write a mean blues song. There is not a weak song on this record. The guy is for real and is the BEST blues artist I have heard in years." (christiansonic. net)
"This is a gently swinging and thoughtful bluesy album for a cold winter night and a double shot of Jim Beam Black. Both neat. Enjoy them together." (post-gazette. com)
