Die 2006 in Vancouver gegründete Band verteidigt kompromisslos und überzeugend die Idee, dass Folk und Punkrock gemeinsam eine perfekte Einheit bilden. Die klassische Punk-Besetzung wurde um Akkordeon, Geige, Mandoline und Tin Whistle erweitert, und seit ihrer Gründung haben sich die Kanadier in Windeseile ein wachsende Fangemeinde erspielt, was nicht zuletzt an ihren furiosen Liveshows liegt, die sie schon bis an ferne Orte in Osteuropa führten.
