Im März 1979 war der Deaf Club in San Francisco Gastgeber für eine der beliebtesten Punkbands der Welt - Dead Kennedys. Sie spielten ein Set, das mit DKs üblichen politischen Kommentaren, ungewöhnlichen und unerwarteten Covers und sogar einer bizarren »Disco«-Version des Klassikers »Kill The Poor« gespickt war - ein Live-Set, bei dem Sie sich alle wünschen werden, persönlich dabei gewesen zu sein. Ursprünglich im Jahr 2004 veröffentlicht, ist dies eines der wenigen offiziellen DK-Live-Alben!

In dieser Nacht spielten die Dead Kennedys ihren letzten Gig in der Fünferbesetzung mit 6025 an der Gitarre, auf der Digipack CD ist der komplette Auftritt enthalten.
Mit 3 bis dato unveröffentlichten Songs und Coverversionen als da wären: "Back In The USSR" von den Beatles, "Have I The Right" von den Honeyombs, und "Gaslight" von DK selbst. Außerdem mit dabei ist "Back In Rhodesia" (eine frühe Version von "When You Get Drafted") und die Discoversion von "Kill The Poor".

At that night, DK played their last gig ever with the original 5-piece line up with 6025 on guitar. The digipack CD contains the whole setthey played that night including three previously unreleased songs: "Back In The USSR" by the Beatles, "Have I The Right" by the Honeycombs, and "Gaslight" by themselves.
