Der schüchterne Junggeselle Yoshida hegt eine heimliche sexuelle Vorliebe, die ihn schon manches Mal in Schwierigkeiten gebracht hat: Yoshida ist Masochist. Deswegen sucht er regelmäßig die Domina Miho auf, um sich von ihr sinnlich peinigen zu lassen. Allerdings findet er kaum Befriedigung, denn er trauert der Sado-Queen Yukiko nach, die ihn einst in die BDSM-Welt einführte. Yukiko hängte den Domina-Job plötzlich an den Nagel und verschwand spurlos. Seitdem jagt Yoshida ihr verzweifelt hinterher.
Diese bittere Suche nimmt eine Wendung, als Yoshida ein behutsames Verhältnis mit Miho beginnt, die sich außerhalb des Domina-Studios gar nicht streng und sadistisch verhält. Doch gerade als sich eine Romanze anbahnt, erhält Yoshida einen überraschenden Hinweis auf den Verbleib von Yukiko. Die Spur führt in den hitzigen Bürgermeisterwahlkampf der örtlichen Politik.
