Als Nachfolger der Blu-ray Disc ist die Ultra HD Blu-ray ein optischer Datenspeicher für Filme im Ultra-High-Definition-Format. Die namensgebende Ultra-HD-Auflösung beträgt maximal 3840 × 2160 Pixel. Im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger werden zudem ein hoher Kontrastumfang, eine höhere Bildwiederholrate und ein größerer Farbraum unterstützt. Normale Blu-ray-Player können die neuen Medien nicht wiedergeben. Ultra-HD-Blu-ray-fähige Geräte sind in der Regel abwärtskompatibel.

In 'Bad Boys' (1995), Mike and Marcus are tasked with catching a thief who stole $100 million of confiscated heroin from a police vault. Soon they are forced to impersonate each other to protect Julie (Tea Leoni), the only living witness, whilst trying to solve the case before Internal Affairs shuts down their department.
In 'Bad Boys II' (2003), while the two men investigate an ecstasy drug ring in Miami, Marcus questions whether or not he should remain partners with Mike. Meanwhile, Mike is secretly dating Syd (Gabrielle Union), Marcus's younger sister, and neither of them are aware that she is working undercover for the DEA. As they continue to hunt drug lord Hector Juan Carlos Tapia (Jordi Molla), Syd is kidnapped, and Mike and Marcus race to find her and stop Tapia before it's too late.
In 'Bad Boys for Life' (2020), as Marcus considers retirement, someone with ties to Mike's past arrives in Miami intent on causing chaos and destruction. With the people they care about in danger, Mike and Marcus must reunite to put an end to the threat.
Finally, in 'Bad Boys: Ride Or Die' (2024), Captain Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano) is accused of working with drug cartels and Mike and Marcus are determined to clear his name.
