Such a great album, such a shameful release
Seal is such a great album, also remembering that this is a debut album, it's even more impressive.
However this release is horrible.
Warner folks don't give us any choice. I will quote here Paul Sinclair. Editor, SuperDeluxeEdition: "Don't want a big 4CD box? How about a 2CD set? Not interested in CD? Well here's a newly remastered 180g vinyl pressing. And so on. With Seal, Warner Music are offering one physical release. A 4CD+2LP box set. That's it. Don't like vinyl? That's your problem. Don't like CDs? Ditto.".
I would pre-order a 4 CD set in a second, HOWEVER I'm not interested in vinyl, and will not buy something I don't need.
Such a shame.
