This edition of Mravinsky's 1965 /1972 Moscow concerts has a best sound I heard on CDs. The remastering is absolutely excellent, much better than Melodiya's own products or Praga Digitals SACDs, Brilliant's Historical Russian Archives and so on. The noises, coughs and claps of audience hadn't been cut off so you can hear what happened in the concerts without forging. Really, really LIVE recordings!
However I don't understand why Scribendum didn't enclose a booklet. The box itself just contain the seven discs with the same picture of the artist on the cardboard sleeves.
