Of all the happy squirrels in Rumford, Olim and her children are a little different! They live up in the church bell tower with their good friend David Seagull. Every fifteen minutes, this furry family of musicians plays "Olim Quarters," a four-bell song. One day, a group of competing bell players comes to town, and the new players have their own version of Quarters.
