Uncle Walt's Band war eine Americana-Band, die in Spartanburg, South Carolina, von Walter Hyatt, Champ Hood und David Ball gegründet wurde. Sie gehörten in den späten 1970er und frühen 1980er Jahren zu den populärsten Akustikbands in Austin, Texas, und waren besonders bekannt für ihre komplizierten dreistimmigen Gesangsharmonien sowie einen Sound, der traditionelle Country-Motive mit Jazz, Bluegrass und Beatles-esken Einflüssen verband.
