Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers spielten 1997 20 Nächte im legendären Fillmore Musiktheater in San Francisco. 6 dieser Auftritte wurden professionell aufgezeichnet, und diese Veröffentlichung enthält einige der Höhepunkte dieses Auftritts. Der kleine Veranstaltungsort erlaubte es der Band, ihre Sets jeden Abend zu variieren. So spielten sie neu arrangierte und unverwechselbare Versionen ihrer Hits, Deep Cuts und viele Coverversionen, als eine Hommage an die Künstler, von denen Tom und seine Band beeinflusst worden waren.
Die 6 LPs sind in einer Box mit einem 24-seitigen (12" x 12") Booklet (mit bisher unveröffentlichten Fotos), 3 speziell angefertigten Gitarrenplektren, einer Replik des All Access-Laminats, Reproduktionen von 3 Setlisten, einem Nachdruck des 1997 veröffentlichten 8-seitigen Fan-Newsletters und einem gestickten Aufnäher (»The Fillmore House Band« - eine Bezeichnung, die den Heartbreakers während der Shows im Fillmore verliehen wurde) verpackt.
