Das Album enthält Liveversionen von beiden Studioplatten, darunter Hits wie »So Caught Up«, »Rain«, »Pain And Misery«, »Hold Me« und viele mehr. Ein besonderes Highlight ist zudem eine Coverversion von John Lennons »Jealous Guy«.
