Nachdem Tarja Turunen ihre Fans vor zwei Jahren gleich mit zwei Studioreleases überraschte, meldet sich die finnische Sopranistin 2018 mit einem neuen Konzertalbum: »Act II« zurück. Langjährige Fans haben vielleicht bereits gemerkt, dass sie damit an ihr erstes Sololivealbum »Act I« anknüpft.
Und wie bereits der erste Akt holt auch der zweite die Liveenergie und die Schönheit ihrer Stimme ins heimische Wohnzimmer.
Act II (Limited Mediabook)
The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.
CD (Compact Disc)Conventional CD, playable with all CD players and computer drives, but also with most SACD or multiplayers.

Der zweite Akt
Bereits vor sechs Jahren veröffentlichte Tarja Turunen ihr erfolgreiches Livealbum »Act I«. 2018 präsentiert die finnische Sängerin und ehemalige Nightwish-Frontfrau die Fortsetzung: Hier ist »Act II«.
»Act II« ist als Doppel-CD sowie als 3-LP-Set erhältlich. Beide Formate lassen sich in zwei Teile unterteilen: Nummer eins heißt »Metropolis Alive« und wurde am 6. Juni 2016 in den Londoner Metropolis Studios aufgenommen. Teil zwei entstand im Teatro Della Luna Allago in Mailand am 29. November 2016.
Zusammen ergibt sich daraus ein großartiger Mix aus Songs von allen vier Soloalben sowie ein paar Nightwish-Klassikern.
Ein besonderes Highlight gibt es außerdem mit dem limitierten Mediabook. Hier warten zusätzlich die Mitschnitte von zwei Liveperformances, und zwar vom Hellfest in Frankreich und dem polnischen Woodstock Festival.
Da ist er: der lang ersehnte zweite Akt von Tarja Turunens Live-Theater: »Act II«.
