My Indigo ist das Soloprojekt von Within-Temptation-Frontfrau Sharon den Adel. Nachdem es in letzter Zeit eher still um die niederländische Symphonic-Metal-Band geworden war, nutzte die Sängerin ihre Auszeit für ihre Erholung und Neuentdeckung. Das Resultat ist ihr erstes Album in Eigenregie: das selbstbetitelte »My Indigo«.Zehn brandneue Songs warten auf der Platte, verträumt-gefühlsbetonter, atmosphärischer und gleichzeitig kraftvoller Pop mit großen Melodien und elektronischen Einflüssen. Dazu kommt die unverkennbar klare Engelsstimme von Sharon.
Mit dem Titelsong »My Indigo« und den Liedern »Where Is My Love« und »Crash And Burn« gab sie bereits mehrere Vorgeschmäcke auf das neue Album.
Und die zeigen, wie vielseitig und wandelbar Sharon den Adel ist. Ihr neues musikalisches Gewand steht ihr ausgezeichnet: »My Indigo«.
