Authoritative and extensive liner notes by Will Birch, author, journalist, lyricist, drummer and songwriter with the Kursaal Flyers and the Records (author of ‘No Sleep Till Canvey Island - The Great Pub Rock Revolution’ and ‘Ian Dury: The Definitive Biography’).
