Ihr Debüt »Olocausto Cerebrale« erschien 1992 in einer 1000er Vinyl-Auflage für das heute Höchstpreise auf Plattenbörsen gezahlt wird. Polygram nahm die Band unter Vertrag, »Endogena« erschien 1996, genügte aber den Major-Ansprüchen nicht. Als logische Konsequenz erschien 2000 -Pianeta Dissolvenza- schon bei einem Indie, bevor sich die Band 2005, nach Erscheinen von »Malicidium« zu einer längeren Pause genötigt sah. Diese ist nun zu Ende; mit neuem Drummer und neuem Gitarristen und neuem Album feiert man 25 Jahre Bandbestehen und das neue Album.

Distruzione (Destruction) were born in Parma (Italy) in 1990, standing out from the underground scene thanks to extreme metal with italian lyrics. Their debut, mini album, "Olocausto Cerebrale" out in 1992 on Lp format, have enthusiastic reviews everywhere, selling in few months more than 1.000 copies. In 1996, thanks to Omar Pedrini (from Timoria) and its agency Omar Gru Sound Vision they record debut album "Endogena", distribuited in Italy by major Polygram, playing live at most important events. In 2000 they sign a deal with Self Records for the album "Pianeta Dissolvenza", start an italian tour and their title-track videoclip is broadcasted on Tv channels Rock TV and Match Music. In 2005 for Fuel / Self Records comes out "Malicidium" featuring guitarist Enomis (from Dark Lunacy); then the band takes a long break, until July 2011...after 6 years of silence, when they start to play live again (with a new guitarist and drummer) and work on an new album, out 15th June 2015, celebrating 25 years of activity.
