Diese Platte ist mittlerweile ein Klassiker, und die LP, 1977 in einer Auflage von 500 Stück erschienen, wird als meistgesuchtes Stück des deutschen Symphonik-Rock mit etwa 800 DM gehandelt.
Damals sehr sorgfältig und aufwendig eingespielt, genügen die Aufnahmen auch heute noch gehobenen Ansprüchen und wurden vom Mutterband auf CD übertragen. Die ersten beiden Stücke sind mit Gesang, die übrigen drei ohne. Die Aufnahmen für eine zweite LP von Epidaurus blieben bis heute unveröffentlicht, werden aber, von der alten Besetzung neu eingespielt, bald auf CD erscheinen.

The attentive and expensive recordings meet nowadays high demands and were processed from the original master tape to CD. The first two tracks are with vocals, the rest are instrumentals. Until today the recordings for a second Epidaurus album are unreleased, but will soon be rerecorded with the original band line up and released on CD.
