Die neue CD von Alvin Lee heißt „Still on the Road to Freedom”. Angelehnt an “On the Road to Freedom” aus dem Jahr 1973 knüpft Alvin Lee an die Musik an, die ihn schon in seinen Anfängen als Musiker beeinflusste. Aufgenommen wurde die CD in den Space Studios 3 in Spanien mit seinen langjährigen Band-Mitstreitern Pete Pritchard (Bass) und Richard Newman an den Drums. Für die Keyboards holte sich Lee die Unterstützung von Tim Hinkley.
