Biography (Maximilian Fuchs)

Professor Fuchs ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Bürgerliches Recht, Deutsches und Europäisches Arbeits- und Sozialrecht. Er ist Verfasser zahlreicher Beiträge zum Europäischen Arbeitsrecht in deutschen und internationalen Publikationen. Er lehrte als Gastprofessor Europäisches Arbeitsrecht und Arbeitsrechtsvergleichung an den Juristischen Fakultäten der Universitäten Tor Vergata in Rom, Pázmány in Budapest, Trento, Catania und Bilbao. Er ist Partner und Mitträger des Center of Excellence "The Design of Efficient Labour Market Institutions in Europe" in Trier sowie Partner des Laboratoriums für Europäisches Arbeitsrecht der Universität Florenz.
