Drum roll please... it gives us great pleasure to announce the latest and possibly the most significant release in the history of Hed Kandi, introducing Hed Kandi: Pure Kandi! Pure Kandi celebrates a decade of Hed Kandi releases. To mark this special occasion we have re-invented our packaging with a new, slick and sparkling cover which will be presented as a gift box with a foil blocked emboss adding an unparalleled touch of Kandi class. This combined with a flawless music collection is destined to bring a flavour of your favourite Hed Kandi night to the comfort of your own home!

For those accustomed to the traditional Hed Kandi release schedule, the Christmas gifting period conventionally see's the ever popular 'The Mix' series landing on high street shelves. This year we have overhauled The Mix format to ensure stand out as this season’s must-have release!

The Pure Kandi album offers 3CDs jammed-packed with distinctive Kandi sounds from the classic funky house anthems from days gone by, the current anthems roaming and soaring across our international dancefloors and a healthy splash of classified, Kandified, upfront masterpieces for 2010! Each CD is themed ‘Past, ‘Present’ and ‘Future’.

CD1 offers a fresh take on the label’s success over the past decade from today’s hottest producers. These include out-of-this-world remixes of Fatboy Slim’s - Right Here Right Now, Milk & Sugar - Let The Sunshine and exclusive remixes of Hed Kandi’s very own repertoire such as the ever popular Stonebridge featuring Therese - Put ‘Em High and an up-to-the-minute rendition of Solu Music’s – Fade.

CD2 sees us wind forward the hands of time to the present day floor-fillers including all the hits from the hottest names in the dance industry at present. David Guetta, Kelly Rowland, Laidback Luke, Julie McKnight, Bob Sinclair all feature with their chart-topping hit singles and the inclusion of the hottest remix of the year, Duck Sauce's production aNYway, already being billed as the Stardust of 2009!

CD3 can at this stage only be dubbed as ‘Top Secret’ as it features (in our opinion) all the hits for the future and the sound that Hed Kandi predicts will transform the dance scene in 2010. Many of the tracks featured on this disc have flown straight out the studio just in time to make it onto this special release. We can confirm that the likes of Calvin Harris, Dizee Rascal, Tiesto, Sebastian Ingrosso and Moby will feature, rounding up a truly world-class star-studded line up fit for any CD player and house party.

The previous 3CD mix collections have become some of the most popular in the Hed Kandi series. Don’t forget, last year’s Mix album was high on everyone's shopping list whilst Hed Kandi’s biggest-selling album to date was The Mix 2008 which rocketed past Gold status and is still being snapped up by Hed Kandi fans the world over.
