New Jersey-based rock band The Parlor Mob, who took their name from a notorious 19th Century gang, will release their new album Dogs in October.
The Parlor Mob is comprised of vocalist Mark Melicia, guitarists David Rosen and Paul Ritchie, bassist Anthony Chick and drummer Sam Bey.
Produced, engineered and mixed by Matt Radosevich, who's worked with 30 Seconds To Mars, The Hives, and Taking Back Sunday, Dogs is the follow up to The Parlor Mob's acclaimed debut album, And You Were Crow, which iTunes called a “top notch debut" that "[shows] emo-rockers and pop-punkers how to turn their amps to eleven.” The Sun UK said, "The brooding 'When I Was An Orphan' and anthemic 'My Favorite Heart To Break' star in an album with no filler," while The Deli NYC stated, “The Parlor Mob’s classic New York rock vibe and creative, peculiar album artwork cultivates a unique style, relevant to [the] contemporary Indie Rock scene.” Classic Rock magazine described the band's live show as "stunning: staggering; a classic even…the audience are wholly convinced…they’re swallowed whole.”
