Es wurde 1981 veröffentlicht, erreichte Platz 5 der britischen Albumcharts und enthielt die Hitsingles »Grey Day«, »Cardiac Arrest« und »Shut Up«. Diese erweiterte 2CD-Edition enthält 12 Bonustracks und exklusive Linernotes des Journalisten Stevie Chick, darunter Interviews mit den Bandmitgliedern Lee »Kix« Thompson, Mike Barson und Chrissyboy Foreman.
